1. Booking

• All appointments must be booked online through our “Book Now” page.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• At least 24–48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100%service fee charge.

3. Late Arrivals

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a cancellation and or rescheduling.

4. No-Show Policy

• Missing your appointment without notice will result in full service payment before booking future appointments.

5. Payments

• We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments.

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

6. Refunds

• All services are non-refundable.

• Retail products may be exchanged within 5-7 days if unopened.

7. Health & Safety

• Please arrive with clean lashes/brows.

• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health.
